Haven't done this in a while. Feeling a little rusty. How shall we begin? I know. Let me clear my throat. Hey everybody, it's me, Sarah. Three whole years have passed since the last Gladvitch episode. Dang. I can't wait to share why it took me so long, but I am officially back and right on time. Because you know what? I learned a lot at a standstill. It was uncomfortable but necessary, and all stuff that I believe is worth sharing. So will this be a little messy? Yep. Will it be awkward? A hundred percent. But so is any journey to come back to your voice and remember who you are. If it was easy, we'd do it every day. So what can you expect this season on your favorite little self-discovery tiny cast? I'm not entirely sure to be honest, but I think we're both going to find out as we go. I can tell you this: this will be just me, no script, and no filter, just like my real life. And I have some important shit to say into a microphone about being who you really are and what to do with your one wild and precious life if you let yourself. That's becoming you on purpose. And I want to say it with my whole chest. I can also tell you that becoming Sarah on purpose hasn't been easy. Yep, that's me in the third person. And the big dumb joke of it all is that the only thing standing in the way the whole time was me. I'm willing to bet that the same is true for you, too. So if you're getting a little tired of your own bullshit, if you feel like you lost your spark, your voice, or yourself, this season is for you. Because we all have things that hang around and haunt us, and things that help us, things that even heal us. For better or for worse, those are our stories. They make up who we are. And these just happen to be mine. The truth is, I might always hate the sound of my own voice, but I do want to learn to love using it. So we start next week. Oh no today.
